摘 要:以某电厂660MW机组对冲燃烧锅炉为研究对象,在原苏联锅炉机组热力计算标准方法的基础上,将燃烧器区域划分为3个放热区段,基于热量平衡原理并考虑与原标准的一致性,推导并给出了各区段的计算方程,据此对燃烧不同煤种时,烟温、炉膛黑度及辐射面平均热强度随炉膛高度的分布进行了计算。结果表明:武冈龙坪煤的温度跟设计煤种最为接近,且其炉膛黑度沿炉膛高度最为稳定,若只燃用单煤,仅从炉内温度场及平均热强度分布考虑,可优先燃用武冈龙坪煤;掺混比对炉内温度场及平均热强度的影响较大,当掺混比为8∶2时,石下江A煤与大山岭煤掺混的混煤(SS)在燃烧最旺盛的Ⅲ区段温度比其它混煤高,为1 810.39℃,与设计煤种最接近,在锅炉实际运行中,可优先考虑燃用SS。On the basis of the former Soviet Union boiler thermal calculation standard,the burner area of the opposed-firing boiler in a 660MW unit was divided into three heat release sections.Considering the heat balance and consistence with the standard,calculation equations for each section were deduced.On this basis,the distributions of gas temperature,furnace emissiity and surface mean radiation against the furnace height were calculated.The results showed that,the W coal(Wuganglongping coal)was most close to the design coal in combustion temperature.Its furnace emissivity distribution along the furnace height was the most stable.The W coal was priority when the boiler only fire one kind of coal,from the furnace temperature field and surface mean radiation aspects.The mixed ratio had great effect on furnace temperature field and surface mean radiation.Firing SS coal(the Shixiajiang A coal mixed with Dashanling coal)with mixed ratio of8∶2,the temperature in section III where the combustion was the most exuberant was1 810.39℃,the highest and closest to the design coal.
