摘　　要：针对某电厂预脱盐系统保安过滤器滤芯频繁污堵的问题,对预处理系统进行了水质分析,采用小型动态试验装置考察了活性炭床对有机物、余氯、细菌的处理效果.结果表明,活性炭床出水细菌含量过高是导致保安过滤器滤芯频繁污堵的主要原因.对此,通过调整杀菌剂加入量,使余氯含量控制在0.2～0.4 mg/L,同时还原剂投加以余氯含量小于0.1 mg/L为控制指标.采取上述措施后,预处理系统细菌含量得到有效抑制,保安过滤器连续运行3个月未出现压差升高现象.The fouling and blocking problems frequently occurred on security filter cartridge in predesalination system of a power plant.Thus,water quality analysis was conducted for this pretreatment system.Moreover,a small scale dynamic test apparatus was employed to investigate the cleaning effects of activated carbon bed on organic matters,residual chlorine and bacteria.The residual chlorine concentration in water was regulated to 0.2mg/L to 0.4mg/L,and chlorine content should be lower than 0.1mg/L was regarded as the control index for adding the reductant.After the optimization,the bacteria content in this pretreatment system was effectively inhibited and the pressure difference had no increase during three months' continuous operation of the security filter.
