摘 要:焊接电弧中蕴含着丰富的焊接过程信息,电弧光谱对于焊接在线检测具有重要意义。为了准确、便捷地分析电弧光谱,本文基于LabVIEW软件,开发了一套电弧光谱信息在线分析平台。该分析平台包括标准元素光谱数据库的建立、光谱数据的读入与识别、特征谱线的标定、电弧温度计算等。系统可将光谱波形图、特征谱线、电弧温度和玻尔兹曼图解法拟合曲线显示在面板上,为焊接电弧研究者提供更多有价值的电弧光谱信息。Welding arc contains a wealth of welding process information. the welding arc spectral was very important to detect welding on-line. In order to analyse arc spectrum accurately and easily, An arc spectral information analysis platform on-line based on LabVIEW software was developed in the paper. The spectral analysis platform included creating database of standard elements, reading and recognising spectral data, calibrating characteristic lines, calculating arc temperature and so on. The system could display spectrum waveform, characteristic lines, arc temperature and fitting curve by Boltzmann on the panel. It could offer more valuable spectral information to the welding arc researchers.
