摘 要:针对2A12铝合金搅拌摩擦焊进行工艺试验研究,通过选取不同的焊接工艺参数对6 mm厚度的2A12铝合金板材进行搅拌摩擦焊接,并对焊接接头取样进行拉伸试验、冲击试验、弯曲试验、维氏硬度测量、微型剪切试验和金相组织观察等试验研究。试验结果表明,采用带螺纹圆台形搅拌焊针,当旋转速度ω为1 100 r/min,焊接速度υ为60 mm/min时,可获得性能良好的搅拌摩擦焊对接接头。接头的硬度呈W形分布,两侧母材硬度值最高,热影响区和热机影响区发生软化。并由于焊接接头各区受到的热-机影响作用的不同,组织状况存在较大的差异,从而各区的性能有较大的变化。Study on friction stir welding process of 2A12 aluminum alloy by selecting different welding parameters was carried out in the paper. Tensile strength, impact absorbing energy and bending property and hardness were measured. At the same time, the microstructure of the joints and miniature shear test were observed. The results showed that with a threaded frustum of a cone type stir welding needle, good FSW joints could be get at the speed of 60 mm/min and rotation speed of 1 100 r/min. The distribution of hardness of the FSW joints was belong to 'W' type. The hardness of the base metal was the highest and the hardness of the THAZ was the lowest. The different thermal cycle of the FSW joints was the main reason causing the microstructure and properties difference.
