摘 要:高速列车铝合金部件在MIG焊接返修过程中,采用传统的引弧板不能保证在引弧焊接时起到良好的热量传递作用,因此极易在引弧端产生未熔合缺陷,造成二次甚至多次返修。针对此问题,发明了一种新型的返修专用引弧板,根据母材厚度和焊缝坡口角度,计算得出焊缝的表面形状尺寸,设计制作出带有凹槽的返修焊接专用引弧板,使其与母材的接触面积增大,加快了热量传导。目前这种新型引弧板已申报国家专利,并将此新型引弧板应用于车钩梁返修焊接中,明显降低了未熔合等缺陷产生的机率,使焊缝返修一次合格率由60%提高到100%。Traditional run-on tab didn't play a heat transfer role perfectly when start welding during MIG repair welding process for aluminum alloy components of high speed railway vehicles. And lack of fusion defect occurred easily, leading to second even repetitious repair welding. Aiming at this problem, a kind of new run-on tab special for repair welding was invented. The special flute was designed based on the shape and dimension of weld surface which was calculated by thickness of base metal and groove angle of weld. The flute increased the contact area between run-on tab and base metal, accelerating heat transfer rate. This new run-on tab had declared patent and applied to the repair welding of coupler girder, improving the percent of the first-pass yield from 60% to 100%.
