摘  要:城市轻轨车是缓解城市交通拥堵问题的有效途径之一,近年在国外发达国家得到迅速发展,特别是100%低地板轻轨车凭借其方便乘客上下车的突出优点而大受欢迎。转向架作为整车的重要部位和关键技术显得尤为重要,在转向架中构架制造难度较大;通过制订合理的工艺方案和计划,运用科学的工艺装备,提高工作效率,减小劳动强度,为自主研发的100%低地板有轨电车提供了可靠的质量保障,对国内装备制造业开拓国际市场具有重要的意义。City light rail vehicle is one of the effective ways to alleviate traffic congestion in the city. In recent years, it has been developed rapidly in the developed countries, especially the 100% low floor light rail vehicle become popular with the advantages of convenience for passengers to get on and off. Bogie as an important part of the vehicle and the key technology is particularly important. Through the process of formulating reasonable and scientific plan, using technology and equipment to improve work efficiency and reduce labor intensity, therefore provides a reliable quality assurance for independent research and development of 100% low floor tramcar. It has great significance for domestic equipment manufacturing industry to develop the international market.
