摘 要:为了了解锂盐改性累托石(锂累托石)的吸附性能,以锂累托石为吸附剂,处理亚甲基蓝模拟染料废水,试验出最佳吸附条件:亚甲基蓝初始质量浓度100 mg/L,锂累托石用量1.0 g,30e恒温,300 r/min摇摆速度,对亚甲基蓝的1 h去除率达到93%;在此基础上,考察了原累托石与锂累托石对亚甲基蓝、甲基紫及孔雀石绿3种染料废水的吸附效果。结果表明,锂累托石对3种染料废水的去除率和平衡吸附量明显优于原累托石,达到吸附平衡时间也大大缩短;对原累托石及锂累托石进行扫描电镜(SEM)分析,发现改性后累托石层间距明显增大,且改性过程并未改变累托石的片层结构;锂累托石对甲基紫染料废水吸附容量高达201 mg/g,由此可见,锂累托石具有优良的吸附性能。To study the adsorption property of rectorite modified by lithium( Rec-Li), it is used as adsorbent to treat methylene blue dye wastewater and the optimum adsorbent conditions are indicated: when the initial concentration of methylene blue dye is 100 mg/ L and amount of Rec-Li is 1. 0 g, with 30eof reaction temperature and 300 r/ min of wave speed, the removal efficiency of methylene blue in one hour can reach 93%. Based on this, experiments are done on adsorption of methylene blue, methyl violet and malachite green dye wastewater by Rec-Li and raw rectorite. The results show that the removal rate and equilibrium adsorption capacity of Rec-Li on the three dyes are much better than that of raw rectorite and furthermore the equilibrium adsorption time will be largely shortened. After SEM analyses of Raw rectorite and Rec-Li, it is found out that the interlayer spacing of Rec-Li become much bigger than raw rectorite and the modified process doesn.t change the structure of rectorite. The adsorption capacity of Rec-Li on methyl violet dyeing wastewater can reach 201 mg/ g, so the adsorption performance of Rec-Li is excellent.
