摘　　要：根据固定顶油罐油气呼吸损耗的特点和原理,研制开发了一种结构简单、成本低廉、运行可靠的油气呼吸损耗回收装置。本装置适用于固定顶油罐,对某地油库油罐的呼吸损耗量进行测定,确定了回收装置尺寸和回收油气量的基本数据。通过分析可知,在没有浮盘的拱顶油罐上安装油气呼吸损耗回收装置能够达到很好的回收油气损耗的目的。装置具有尺寸合理,便于安装、检修、更换部件和不占地等优点,对节能减排和环境保护具有深远意义。According to the character and theory of the breathing loss of fixed-roof oil tank,one kind of oil vapor recovery equipment is developed and researched,with characters of simple structure,low costs and operated reliable.The equipment is suitable forfixed-roof oil tank,and throughmeasuring the amountof breathing loss of an oil depot somewhere,the basic data of the equipment size and the amountof recovery oil vaporhas been determined.analysis shows thatitis effective to set oil vapor recovery equipment on fixed-roof oil tankwhich has not floating deck.The equipment has the advantages of reasonable size,convenient to be setup,overhauled and replaced parts and little covering area,so ithas profound significance for energy saving and emission reduction and environmental protection.
