摘  要:目的 分析体质指数与深圳市中青年原发性高血压人群发病率及其血糖、血尿酸和脂质代谢指标的相关性。方法 采取整群抽样调查方法,选择30 ~49岁的中青年体检人群4159人,测量其血压、血糖、血尿酸、血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白,及低密度脂蛋白水平,并计算TC/HDL-C比值和体质指数。统计分析不同血压水平组的体质指数分布和体质指数与生化代谢指标间的相关性。结果 原发性高血压组的体质指数、血糖、尿酸、总胆固醇、甘油三脂、低密度脂蛋白,以及TC/HDL-C比值,均显著性高于正常血压组(P<0.01);两组的体质指数分布比率有统计学差异,高血压组中体质指数属于超重和肥胖范围的构成比分别为52.0%和17.1%,显著高于正常血压组(P<0.01);无论是在全体检人群、正常血压人群还是高血压人群中,体质指数与血糖、血尿酸及TC/HDL-C均存在显著的正相关。结论 体质指数不仅与中青年原发性高血压的发病率相关,而且还与高血压人群的生化代谢相关。Objective To analyze the correlation between body mass index(BMI) and primary hypertension and blood glucose,blood uric acid and blood lipid among mid- aged people in Shenzhen City. Methods Among 4159 subjects from 30 to 49 years old collected by cluster sampling,blood pressure,blood glucose,blood uric acid,total cholesterol( TC),triglyceride( TG),low- density lipoprotein- cholesterol( LDL- C),and high- density lipoprotein- cholesterol( HDL- C) were detected. TC / HDL- C ratio and BMI were calculated. Body index of different hypertension level groups and the correlation between body index and biochemical metabolism were investigated. Results BMI,blood glucose,blood uric acid,TC,TG,LDL- C and TC /HDL- C in primary hypertension group are all significantly higher than those in control group( P < 0. 01). There are statistical differences between the distributions of BMI in the two groups. Marked positive correlation between BMI and blood glucose,blood uric acid,or TC / HDL- C existed in all the total,normal and hypertension group. Conclusion BMI is related not only to the morbidity of primary hypertension,but also to the biochemical metabolism in mid- aged hypertension population.
