高尿酸血症与慢性肾脏病发生发展关系的研究

摘　　要：目的分析探讨高尿酸血症与慢性肾脏病发生发展的相关性。方法在南通市通州区人民医院肾内科住院的慢性肾脏病患者中随机选取患者40例,组成观察组,同时在我院体检的非慢性肾脏病者中随机选取30例,组成对照组。分别检测并计算两组患者的血尿酸及肌酐清除率,分析高尿酸血症与慢性肾脏病间的相关性。同时根据肌酐清除率将观察组患者分4个亚组,分析血尿酸水平与慢性肾脏病分期的相关性。结果研究显示,观察组中患有高尿酸血症的患者明显高于对照组中高尿酸血症的患者(χ2=7.675;P=0.006)。同时随着慢性肾脏病分期的提高,其血尿酸含量也明显升高,经方差分析存在统计学意义(F=5.785,P=0.002),且与肌酐清除率存在直线相关关系(r=-0.550,P=0.000)。结论高尿酸血症患者更易患慢性肾脏疾病且与肾功能损害程度存在直线相关关系。Objective To analyze the relationship between development of hyperuricemia and chronic kidney disease. Methods Randomly selecting 40 cases of patients with chronic kidney disease patients in the Department of Internal Medicine in the hospital,composed of observation group. While in the outpatients of the hospital health examination,30 patients with no CKD were randomly selected,composed of control group. The detection and calculation of blood uric acid and creatinine clearance rate of the two groups of patients,and the correlation analysis between hyperuricemia and chronic kidney disease were done. At the same time,according to creatinine clearance rate of the patients,the observation group was divided into 4 subgroups to evaluate correlation analysis of serum uric acid level and stage of chronic kidney disease. Results Research shows that,in the observed group,hyperuricemia hyperlipidemia patients were significantly higher than that in the control group( χ2= 7. 675; P = 0. 006) and hyperuricemia. While different stages of chronic kidney disease increased,the blood uric acid content was also increased by analysis of variance,there were statistical significance(F =5. 785,P =0. 002),and there was a linear relation with the clearance rate of creatinine( r =- 0. 550,P = 0. 000). Conclusion Hyperuricemia patients were more likely to have chronic kidney disease and had a linear correlation with renal function injury degree.
