摘　　要：目的探讨对学龄前先天性心脏病患儿家长进行恰当的心理护理方法。方法根据心理特点对165例学龄前先天性心脏病患儿家长进行心理护理,并对护理效果进行评估。结果以家庭为中心的护理概念适合于学龄前先天性心脏病患儿的医治,患儿康复效果较好,家长对护理工作感到十分满意。结论针对学龄前先天性心脏病患儿家长的心理特点,采取恰当的心理护理方法,有利于医护治疗措施的有效实施。Objective To explore appropriate psychological care methods of congenital heart disease of preschool children's parents.Methods Evaluating psychological characteristics of 165 cases of preschool parents of children with congenital heart disease,psychological care to assess the care effect. Results The concept of family- centered care is suitable for preschool children with congenital heart heal better rehabilitation. The parents are satisfied with nursing work. Conclusion According to psychological characteristics of parents of preschool children with congenital heart disease,the appropriate psychological care ways should be taken to do favor for the implementation of the health care treatment.
