摘　　要：简要介绍了结核病基本概念,针对细胞免疫诊断、结核病体液免疫诊断和非特异性免疫诊断等技术研究进展进行了概述,并在此基础上总结了结核病免疫学诊断方法研究需解决的主要问题和研究方向。The paper briefly introduces the basic concept of tuberculosis. Then the research progress of humoral immunity,cellular immunity diagnosis of TB diagnosis and non- specific immune diagnosis technology is summarized,and at last main problems and research directions are summarized on the basis of study on immunological diagnosis of tuberculosis to be solved.
