摘 要:研究生物电阻抗测量电流源的恒流特性,选择最佳方案。讨论了三种电压控制电流源(VCCS)方案,分别是:Howland电流源、改进型Howland电流源和带直流稳定环路的双极电流源,分析电路参数对输出阻抗的影响,运用NI Multisim12.0软件对三种电流源的恒流特性进行比较,选取其中两个较好的方案进行了实物测试。仿真和实验结果表明,带直流稳定环路的双极电流源在三种电流源中频率或负载变化时性能最优。带直流稳定环路的双极电流源是乳腺电阻抗测量用电流源的最佳方案。To study the constant -current characteristics of the Voltage Control Current source (VCCS)used in bioelectrical impedance measurement system .Three types current source were discussed ,including improved Howland current pump ,Howland current pump with voltage follower and bipolar current source with DC stable loop.The relationship between the output impedance and circuit parameters was also analyzed.NI Multisim12.0 software were used to compare the constant-current characteristics of the three current source,and two better solutions were improved and selected for physical test.The simulation and experimental results showed that the output current of the bipolar current source with stable DC loop was most stable when the frequency or load was changed.It is the best current source in breast electrical impedance measurement.
