摘  要:观察以补气活血解毒通络为治法组方的中药糖脉通对糖尿病模型大鼠血管组织VEGF mRNA表达的影响并探讨其机制。用链脲佐菌素联合高脂饮食复制糖尿病高血脂大鼠模型,并分为4组(n=10):模型对照组、西药对照组、糖脉通小、大剂量组,另加空白对照组,分别灌胃。药物干预12周后,采用RT-PCR方法检测各组糖脉通对糖尿病高血脂大鼠血管组织VEGF mRNA的表达。糖尿病模型大鼠血管组织VEGF mRNA表达水平明显升高,糖脉通可显著的降低糖尿病模型大鼠血管VEGF mRNA表达水平,而且随着剂量的加大,疗效更加显著,明显优于对照组。VEGF的异常表达是糖尿病大血管病变的发病机制之一,通过补气活血解毒通络法对糖尿病大血管病进行早期干预效果明显,糖脉通可能通过降低VEGF mRNA在模型大鼠血管组织中的异常表达对血管功能起到保护作用,值得进一步深入研究。To study the effect of Tangmaitong,which was based mainly on invigorating the qi,promoting blood,removing toxicity and dredging collateral on mRNA expression of VEGF in the vascular of diabetic-hyperlipidemia rats′model.Rats′model were made with STZ and high-quality diet.Then the rats were divided into four groups.After 12 weeks of drug intervention,rats were killed,the vascular were removed and the mRNA expression of VEGF in the vascular was observed by the method of RT -PCR.The mRNA expression of VEGF was significantly increased,and Tangmaitong could lower the mRNA expression of VEGF in the vascular of diabetic-hyperlipidemia rats′model in a dose -dependent manner.The abnormal expression of VEGF can be one of the mechanisms for diabetic vascular disease.The treatment method of invigorating the qi,promoting blood,removing toxicity and dredging collateral in early stages has an obvious effect.Tangmaitong has a good protective effect on the vascular by an adjustment effect on the expression of VEGF,and deserves further research.
