不同雄黄样品对S_(180)实体瘤小鼠抑瘤作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究不同雄黄样品对小鼠S180实体瘤抑制作用的强弱。方法:建立移植瘤小鼠S180实体瘤模型,观察雄黄高、较高、中、较低、低剂量(8,4,2,1,0.5 g﹒kg-1)连续给药10 d对荷瘤小鼠肿瘤的抑制率及对免疫器官的影响;筛选出合适的给药剂量后,再观察不同雄黄样品对肿瘤的抑制率及对免疫器官的影响。结果:雄黄高、较高、中、较低、低剂量组抑瘤率分别为45.97%、44.35%、39.2%、33.06%、19.35%,高、中剂量组胸腺指数显著低于对照组(P<0.05);XH-01、XH-02、XH-03、XH-04、XH-05组的抑瘤率分别为24.58%、18.64%、27.12%、29.66%、14.41%,其中XH-01、XH-03、XH-04组可显著抑制S180实体瘤的生长(P<0.05),XH-04组对小鼠的免疫功能影响最为明显。结论:各雄黄样品对小鼠S180实体瘤均有抑制作用,呈剂量依赖关系,且抑瘤作用的强弱与各样品中砷盐(As2O3)的含量在一定程度上呈正相关。Objective: To research the inhibition intensity of different realgar samples on the mouse S180tumor. Method: S180tumor mouse models was established with transplantation. Realgar was orally administered at does of high, higher, medium, lower,low(8, 4, 2, 1 and 0.5 g﹒kg-1) once a day for 10d to observe tumor inhibition rate and the impact on immune organs in tumorbearing mice. After the proper dose was screened out, the tumor inhibition rate and the impact on immune organs of different realgar samples was observed. Result: The inhibition rates of reaglar high, higher, medium, lower, low group were 45.97 %, 44.35%, 39.2 %, 33.06 % and 19.35 %, respectively. The thymus index of realgar high and medium group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The inhibition rates of XH-01, XH-02, XH-03, XH-04, XH-05 group were 24.58 %, 18.64 %,27.12 %, 29.66 %, and 14.41 %, respectively. Among all groups, XH-01, XH-03, XH-04 group inhibited the growth of S180tumor significantly(P<0.05), and XH-04 group showed the most obvious impact on mice immune function. Conclusion: All realgar samples have inhibition effect on mouse S180tumor with a dose-dependent relationship. And the intensity of inhibitory effect is positively correlated with the content of As2O3of each sample in certain extent.
