摘　　要：秦艽具有袪风湿,清湿热,止痹痛,退虚热功效,是治疗风湿痹证,中风不遂,骨蒸潮热,疳积发热,湿热黄疸等主药之一,常归类于祛风湿药。但临床应用常常不局限于传统治疗范围,分析秦艽在神经系疾病、呼吸道感染、肛肠疾病、皮肤疾病等特殊运用,挖掘、思考秦艽的配伍规律及新用途,以期更好地指导临床。With the function of relieving wind-dampness, clearing damp-heat, arresting pain, and reducing deficiency-heat,Radix Gentianae macrophyllae has been considered as one of the major herbs for the treatment of rheumatic arthralgia syndrome,post-stroke hemiplegia, bone-steaming tidal fever, malnutrition-induced fever, and damp-heat jaundice. Although it has been generally categorized into wind-dampness relieving medicine, its clinic application covers a broad scope. This paper aims to analyze the application of Radix Gentianae macrophyllae in the treatment of nervous system diseases, respiratory infections, anorectal diseases,and skin diseases, and investigate its compatibility regularity and new application, to provide a better guide for its clinic use.
