中医药促进血管生成的研究进展

摘　　要：目的:综述近年来中医药在促进新血管生成、提高促血管新生因子表达及改善各种缺血性疾病症状方面的研究及进展。方法:应用计算机在中国知网CNKI系列数据库和PubMed数据库检索相关文章,检索词"血管生成、中医药"。对检索到文章进行初审,纳入有关促进血管生成的中医复方、单味药、中药提取物、针灸的治疗研究。结果:最终引用35篇相关文献,对中医药促进血管生成的研究进展进行综述。结论:中医药在治疗缺血性疾病中有明显的疗效,且副作用少。但各原药成分之间是否存在多层面的相互作用和影响,以及影响血管生成的量效关系均有待再做深入的研究。Objective:To review the progress in the study and progress of traditional Chinese medicine application in promoting new angiogenesis, improving angiogenesis factor expression,and ameliorating the symptoms of various ischemic diseases.Method:The related articles in CNKI series database and PubMed database were retrieved by computer with 'angiogenesis, traditional Chinese medicine' as index words. The retrieved articles were checked and the therapy study about promoting angiogenesis with Chinese medicine compound or single herbs or herbal extracts or acupuncture were included. Result:Final 35 related papers were included,and the research progress of promoting angiogenesis with Chinese medicine were summarized.Conclusion:Chinese medicine has obvious curative effect in treating the ischemic diseases with less side effects. But whether there is multifaceted interaction and influence among various ingredient of original medicines or not,and the concentration-response relationship of affecting the angiogenesis need further research.
