摘 要:从都市圈之间以及都市圈内部2个层面,分析了城市群交通需求特征、交通网络结构特点和交通发展模式。以苏南城市群为案例,分析了苏南城市群交通存在的问题和交通发展对策。结果表明:都市圈核心城市之间表现为高度集聚的区域运输走廊,以公路和铁路为主要运输方式,形成"点—轴"总体结构布局;都市圈内部表现为围绕核心城市的放射状运输走廊,具有明显的圈层特征,内圈层轨道交通处于主导地位,中圈层适度发展BRT和都市圈轨道,外圈层以小汽车出行模式为主;苏南城市群是国内高度城市化的地区之一,应加快发展轨道交通、理顺干线公路功能,引导区域城镇形成紧凑型网络空间。Traffic demand characteristics and travel modes are analyzed from two aspects,between and within metropolitan circles.With urban agglomeration in the south of Jiangsu,for example,traffic problems are analyzed to develop countermeasures.Analysis result indicates that roadway and rail are the main modes of transportation between core cities,which are often characterized by high concentration of transport corridors to form a 'point-axis' overall structure layout.In contrast,the transportation system in the inner metropolitan circle often forms radial corridors and has distinct layers of circle characteristics.As rail transit is a dominant mode within the inner circle,BRT and rail transit should be developed moderately in the median circle whereas automobile serves as the main mode in the outer circle.Jiangsu urban cluster is one of the highly urbanized areas in China,therefore,the government should develop rail transit and coordinate its functions with arterial highways,to promote the formation of a compact transportation network.
