摘  要:合理的高速公路应急站点布局对提升应急处置水平具有重要意义。以高速公路应急时间、应急站点建设与运营成本、服务水平为多决策变量,对高速公路应急站点的数量及选址进行建模。利用随机模拟的遗传算法对该模型进行求解,通过种群评价、选择、交叉、变异的遗传择优过程搜索最优解,进而获取最佳应急站点的分配矩阵。仿真结果表明,通过该模型及求解算法确定的应急站点能满足高速公路应急管理需求,并能以不低于91%的概率向应急需求点提供应急服务,具有较好的普适性。Reasonable freeway emergency sites are of great significance to improve the level of freeway emergency handling.By using emergency response time,operating cost and service level as the decision variables,this paper constructs a model to decide the number and the location of highway emergency site.Based on the genetic algorithm of stochastic simulation,the model is solved through the process of population evaluation,selection,crossover and variation,and thus the distribution matrix of the best emergency site is obtained.The simulation result shows that the emergency site determined by the proposed model and algorithm can satisfy the demand of the highway emergency management,and provide the emergency service with a probability no less than 91%.
