摘　　要：目的用PCR扩增5种吉林省常见委陵菜trnL-F序列,对其PCR产物进行序列分析,找出其序列的差异,为委陵菜种间鉴别及鉴定提供科学依据。方法分别从5种吉林省常见委陵菜的叶片中提取总DNA,以trnL-F特异性引物进行扩增,扩增产物经纯化后直接测序。结果 5种委陵菜内trnL-F序列完全一致。而不同种委陵菜间ITS序列差异明显。结论不同种委陵菜间trnL-F序列有明显差异,因此trnL-F序列分析及其衍生的方法可用于不同委陵菜的种属鉴别。Objective To amplify the trnL-F region of 5 common Potentilla species in Jilin Province using PCR,and analysis sequence the PCR products,find the differences in the sequences and finally provide scientific date for the au- thentication of Potentilla. Methods The genome DNA were extracted from the leaves of 5 common Potetilla species in Jilin Province,the trnL-F region were amplified using universal primers of angiosperm,and the purified PCR prod- ucts were sequenced directly. Results The trnL-F sequences of the same species are exactly the same,but signifi- cantly different were observed in different species of Potentilla. Conclusion The trnL-F sequence analysis and other methods derived from it can be used in authentication of Potentilla.
