复方穿蛭透皮贴醇提工艺研究

摘　　要：目的优选复方穿蛭透皮贴中药材有效成分醇提最佳工艺。方法采用L9(34)正交试验,以浸出物得率,三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1三种皂苷总含量为评价指标,优选了最佳提取工艺条件。结果确定其最佳提取工艺为70%乙醇,8倍量,提取2次,每次1.5 h。结论工艺优选设计合理、稳定、可行。Objective To optimize the extraction process of Compound Chuanzhi Transdermal Patch. Methods An orthogonal design was adopted in the study. The contents of extraction ratio,notoginsenoside R 1,ginsenoside Rg 1 and ginsenoside Rb 1 were used as indices of appraisal. Data processing was carried out with the multiple guidelines grading method for optimizing the extraction condition. Results The optimized extraction technology was followed: eight fold volume of 70% alcohol should be added for 2 successive reflux extractions with 1. 5 hours of each. Conclusion The optimized process is stable and feasible.
