摘　　要：目的探讨近年来吉林医药学院教职工健康状况的动态变化,对预防疾病提出科学措施与合理化建议,进一步提高教职工健康水平。方法以2009年至2012年参加健康体检的教职工为观察对象,对健康体检结果进行统计分析,并参考跟踪随访情况以及生活方式进行讨论。结果高血压、高血糖呈明显下降的趋势,而与生活方式相关疾病如高血脂、脂肪肝等,检出率有上升趋势。结论健康干预对相当一部分慢性非传染性疾病有明显的指导作用,而对不良生活方式与疾病的意识亟待增强。Objective To explore the dynamic changes of the teachers health in Jilin Medical College in recent years,and scientific measures and reasonable suggestions are put forward to further improve staff health. Methods The physical examination of the faculty from 2009 to 2012 were chosen as observation object,the statistical analysis was carried out on the physical examination results which based on the follow-up situation and life style. Results The trend of high blood pressure and high blood sugar appeared a downward,while the detection rate of hyperlipidemia and fatty liver related lifestyle has a rising trend. Conclusion Health interventions have significant guiding role for quite a number of chronic non-communicable diseases and might enhance awareness of lifestyle and disease.
