抚触对新生儿的生长发育影响及意义

摘　　要：目的 探讨抚触按摩对0～1岁婴儿生长发育的影响,为广泛、有效地推广科学的育儿模式提供参考依据.方法 将实验对象分为抚触组和对照组,抚触组从出生开始接受抚触按摩,两组婴儿分别在产后42天、3个月、6个月、1岁进行体重、身长、头围及行为发育等测量.结果 抚触组婴儿的体重、身长、头围及行为发育比出生时的增长值均高于对照组.结论 抚触在促进婴儿的生长发育中起着积极促进作用.Objective To provide reference for spreading scientific infant-rearing pattern widely and effectively by studying the influences of comfortable touch on infants' growth and development.Methods The subjects were divided into touch group and control group.Touch group accepts touch massage from birth.Two groups of babies respectively were taken measurements of body weight,body length,head circumference and behavioral development in postpartum 42 days,3 months,6 months,1 year old.Results The body weight,body length,head circumference and behavioral development of infants from touch group are all higher than that of control group.Conclusion Touch plays a positive role in promoting the baby's growth and development.
