摘　　要：分析了压阻传感器灵敏度温度漂移特性.根据其灵敏度与T(?)成比例的关系,设计了与T(?)成正比的电压源和电流源,从而很好地实现了对灵敏度温漂的补偿。The temperature-drift Characteristic of sensitivity for pressure-resistance transducer was analyzed. According to the proportional relationship between sensitivity and T-α, two kinds of power supplies with constant voltage and constant current which are proportional to T-α were designed. So the temperature-drift compensation of sensitivity is well realized.
