摘  要:本文提出了一种新型多功能空调热水器装置,开发了一种双节流储液器。在切换运行模式时,可以自动调节系统内制冷剂循环量,使系统稳定高效的运行。并采用了以COP最大为目标来确定制冷剂最佳充注量的实验方法,对其在冬天单独制热和制热水模式进行了实验研究,分析发现充注量和节流阀开度主要通过改变制冷剂流量和传热温差而影响系统性能。实验表明,在冬季室外温度为(12±1)℃时,系统制热、制热水模式下的最佳充注量为6.6 kg,COP平均在3.1左右,节能效果明显。A new multi-functional air-conditioning water heater device with a double-flow accumulator was presented. When the operation mode is switched, it can automatically adjust the amount of circular refrigerant within the system so that the system is more stable and efficient. A rational test method for determining the optimal refrigerant charge was adopted based on the highest COP. A series of experiments were carried out in the mode of space heating and hot water. According to the experimental results, the performance of the system was mainly affected by the refrigerant charge amounts and the opening degree of the throttle, which changed the refrigerant volume flowrate and the heat transfer temperature difference. Experiments showed that the optimal charge amounts was 6.6kg, its COP reached around 3.1 on average in the mode of space heating and hot water when the outdoor temperature in winter was (12±1)℃.
