128层螺旋CT评价左心室功能的临床探讨

摘　　要：目的:通过比较128层螺旋CT(Multi-slice computed tomography,MSCT)和超声心动图(Echocardiography,Echo)测量的左心室功能指标,探讨MSCT评价左室功能的临床应用价值。方法:84例入选的拟诊冠心病患者,均运用MSCT及Echo对左心室功能相关指标进行检测,并对结果进行对比分析。结果:MSCT测量的左室容积指标LV-EDV、LVESV及LVSV较Echo测量值大(P均<0.01),而两种方法的LVEF测量值接近;Pearson分析提示两种方法测量的各项指标相关性较好(P<0.05或P<0.01);Bland-Altman法分析发现两种方法测量结果具有较好的一致性(P均<0.01)。结论:MSCT在诊断冠心病方面能够提供与Echo相比拟的左室功能信息。Objective To compare the results of left ventricular function indexes measured by 128 slice CT and echocardiography,so as to investigate the clinical value of 128 slice CT in evaluating left ventricular function.Methods The volume indexes of left ventricular function in 84 patients with suspected coronary artery disease were measured by 128 slice CT and echocardiography,and the results were compared.Results The values of left ventricular volume,such as LVEDV,LVESV and LVSV measured by MSCT were obviously higher than those measured by echocardiography(all P < 0.01),but the values of LVEF measured by two methods had no significant difference.The results demonstrated that the indexes measured by the two methods were closely correlated(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01),meanwhile,the results of Bland-Altman analysis demonstrated that the indexes measured by the two methods were significantly consistent(P < 0.01).Conclusion MSCT is comparable with echocardiography in providing the left ventricular function information in the diagnosis of coronary artery disease.
