军队院校任职教育教改的科学性

摘  要:全面推进由学历教育向任职教育的转型,是军队院校教育的发展方向,也是适应全面推进中国特色军事变革战略构想的重大举措。本文针对任职教育的特点,提出必须确立符合时代发展和使命任务的教改原则:以解放思想、勇于创新,作为推进教改的方向和动力;树立需求牵引、岗位指向,问题中心、能力本位的教改原则和标准;坚持走统筹兼顾、内涵发展的教改路子。It's the development orientation for Military academy to carry out the transformation from knowledge education to post—oriented education,which is also an important act for promoting the military strategic plan with Chinese characteristics.Based on features of post—oriented education,this paper proposes several principles for this teaching reform which should meet the requirements of times development and mission task.This teaching reform should be carried out with innovative guidance and obey the principles of meeting requirements and requests of military post,focusing on problems solving and competence improving.Teaching resources should be integrated and optimized and scientifically developed.
