摘　　要：文章回顾了世界能源发展的5个年代和能源变革引起的3次产业革命,认为世界金融危机为低碳经济发展提供了机遇,非化石能源的发展会带来第四次产业革命。认为传统的节能减排、发展非化石能源、发展循环经济、发展第三产业是实现低碳经济的关键途径。The paper reviews five era phases of the world energy development and three industrial revolutions caused by energy change.Financial crises in the world provide opportunities for the development of low-carbon economy,while the development of non-fossil energy will induce the fourth industrial revolution to bring about new breakthroughs in science.Energy conservation,development of non-fossil energy,circular economy and tertiary industry are key approaches to realizing low-carbon economy.
