摘 要:低碳建筑与生态城市之间存在着密切的联系,在一定程度上二者可以构建成一个关联互促体。本文通过对比分析,充分参考国内外生态城市和低碳建筑评价指标体系,结合天津中新生态城的本土特征,构建了较为全面有效的基于生态城市理念的低碳建筑评价指标体系,并采用层次模糊综合评价法对其进行综合评价,为今后生态城市理念下的低碳建筑评价指标体系的深入研究提供参考。There is a close relation between low carbon buildings and ecological city,which is a mutual promoting body to some extent. Through a comparative analysis and full reference to both overseas and domestic evaluation index system of the ecological city and low carbon building,with reference to local characteristics of Tianjin Zhongxin Eco-city area,this paper builds a relatively comprehensive and effective evaluation index system of low carbon buildings based on the concept of ecological city,and gives a comprehensive evaluation on it by using the hierarchy fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method as reference to an in-depth research on the evaluation index system of low-carbon buildings based on the concept of the ecological city.
