摘 要:以煤炭、石油和天然气为主要能源支撑的中国经济,能源使用效率的低下不仅造成中国能源供需缺口不断增大和能源国际依赖度的提高,威胁着能源和经济安全,而且成为影响环境质量的重要因素。经济规模扩大同能源消耗和废弃物排放减少的负向关系能通过提高能源使用效率实现。创新企业能源利用技术、以产业链作为循环经济的实施途径是促进能源利用效率提高的重要举措。Due to the facts China's economy mainly depends on the primary energies such as coal to support its fast development and to the efficiency of energy consumption is still very low,the gap between the supply and demand in energy is dincreasing larger and the dependence on international energy market increases,so the safeties of energy and economy are threatened.Largely consuming primary energies,especially coal,has been one of the most important factors to pollute the environment in China.Actually,the negative relevant relationship between enlarging economic scale and reducing consumption of irreproducible energy waste and emissions could be realized by improving the efficiency of energy consumption.It can be one of the important measures for raising the efficiency of energy consumption to create and improve the technology of energy consumplion,and carry out the recycling economy by building the industrial chain in China.
