摘 要:阐述了区域工业生态效率评价指标选取和优化的过程,建立投入导向CRS模型和VRS模型,根据我国30个省份2007年工业增加值及经过共线性、显著性检验的能源消耗和环境影响指标,测算了各省份工业生态效率(即综合效率)、技术效率、规模效率、规模收益、指标松驰量及标杆省份等数据,确定了工业生态效率有效省份并为效率较低省份找出节能减排的差距和目标值。This paper illustrates the process of selecting and optimizing evaluation indicators on regional industrial eco-efficiency,and establishes the input-orientated CRS model and VRS model.This paper measures and calculates the data of industrial eco-efficiency(i.e.CRS technical efficiency),VRS technical efficiency,scale efficiency,returns of scale,etc.,according to the added value of industry and the tested indicators of energy consumption and environmental impact on collinearity and significance in 30 provinces in 2007,determines the effective provinces in industrial eco-efficiency,and finds out the goals and gaps of energy-saving and emission reduction for low efficiency provinces.
