摘　　要：本文基于土地利用协调度评价模型,构建了南京市土地利用协调发展度评价指标体系,以南京市各区县为评价单元,综合分析了南京市各区县土地利用协调发展状况与影响因素。对于属于环境提前型的区县,可在环境容量允许的条件下重点加强经济建设,适当通过加大土地资源的开发力度而提高土地利用程度,提升土地利用的社会经济效益水平;属于经济提前型的区县则需更加关注生态环境质量的改善,加强生态环境建设。Based on the evaluation model of land use coordination,evaluation index system of land use coordination was established.The districts and counties in Nanjing city were evaluation taken as unit,their land use coordinated development and influencing factors were comprehensively analyzed.For the environmental early-type districts and counties,they are allowed to focus on strengthening economic development under the conditions on environmental capacity,enhance the level of socio-economic benefits of land use through the appropriate development of land resources or increase the intensity of land use.But for the economical early type districts,they should pay more attention to the improvement of environmental quality and strengthen ecological environment construction.
