摘 要:本文在系统总结流域尺度上生态经济研究状况的基础上,提出了以水资源可持续利用研究为纽带的干旱区内陆河流域生态经济研究框架,具体研究内容主要包括:水资源承载力研究、生态系统的过程模拟研究、经济系统过程的模拟研究、水-生态-经济协调发展耦合模型的构建等。流域水资源可持续利用管理研究;6)决策支持系统的研究。指出了在干旱区内陆河流域生态经济研究中需要解决的关键问题,以最大限度地发挥流域水资源经济、社会与生态环境的综合效益。Vulnerable environment and lagging economy are the main characteristics of the ecological economic system in inland river basin,and the shortage of water resources has become a main limiting factor for the sustainable development in the watershed.Thus, there is practical and theoretic significances to study ecological economic problems in inland river basin from the view of ecological economic system.The framework whose center was the sustainable development of water resources was put forward based on the summary of study about ecological economics in watershed scale,which consists of six aspects as follows:(1)study of water resources carrying capacity;(2)study of simulation model of ecological process;(3)study of simulation model of economic process;(4)setting up the coupling model of water-ecology-economy coordinated development;(5)study of managing the sustainable development of water resources; (6)study of decision-making support system.Finally,some problems which should be resolved as soon as possible in the study of ecology and economics in inland river basin of arid region was put forward,and the purpose is to get the synthetical benefits of the water resources in economy,society and ecology.
