基于模糊综合评价的城市土地集约利用评价研究——以长治市为例

摘　　要：研究目的:土地资源短缺逐渐成为制约城市经济迅速发展的关键因素。集约利用土地,不断提高城市土地利用效率,是解决城市土地资源稀缺,缓解人地关系矛盾的必然选择。研究方法:本文运用模糊综合评价法对长治市城市土地集约利用程度进行定量评价,通过界定城市土地集约利用内涵,从土地投入水平、土地利用程度、土地利用效率三方面构建了评价指标体系。研究结果:长治市城市土地集约利用度属于低度水平,其中城市土地利用投入水平,土地利用程度均处于低度水平,土地利用效率为适度水平。研究结论:应用模糊综合评价法进行城市土地集约利用研究评价结果与现状情况相符,具有一定可行性。Shortage of land is a serious problem in urban economic development.Land intensive utilization to promote urban land use efficiency constandy is the inevitable choice to fix land shortage problem and solve conflicts between human and land.Fuzzy comprehensive assessment method is adopted to evaluate Changzhi County urban land intensive utilization.Through exploring the meaning of urban land intensive utilization,this paper sets up the index system of the urban land intensive degree evaluation from the aspects of land investment level,land use degree,and land use efficiency.The result are drew as follows:The intensive degree of urban land use is low in Changzhi City.The land use degree and land investment level are low.The land use efficiency is moderate.The method of fuzzy comprehensive assessment can be used to evaluate urban land use intensity,and the outputs fit into actualities and have certain feasibilities.
