摘　　要：对涉及文职教员心理需求的10项内容进行了问卷调查,根据统计数据,对文职教员心理动态进行了分析,表明:文职教员整体上思想稳定,安心国防教育,积极发挥专业特长,已将自己融入军校校园,逐步成为教学科研领域的重要力量。但也暴露出一些思想问题,需要有针对性地采取措施,抓好教育与管理工作。A questionnaire including 10 items referring to the ideaistic trend of non-active civil faculty was made.The statistics show thatcivil faculty are stable in mind and are willing to devote themselves to national defence and education.They exert their professional strong suit actively and have become one of the military academy.They have also become the important power in the field of teaching and scientific research gradually.However,there are still some problems which need to be dealed with directly to from the aspect of teaching and management.
