摘　　要：中国的城市化在改革开放之后取得了飞速的发展,但城市化发展水平与产业结构还存在着不协调的一面。本文通过建立实证模型,对城市化与产业结构的关系进行了分析,并在进行国际比较的基础上提出中国要进一步提升城市化发展水平,就要从提升工业化发展质量、大力发展第三产业、扫除制度障碍等方面入手,推进城市化与产业机构的协调发展。China has improved its urbanization greatly since the adoption of Reform and Opening-up policy.While the level of urbanization is not coordinated with the industry structure.In this paper,the author analyzes the relationship between Chinese urbanization and industry structure through a regression model.The author points out that if China will improve its urbanization level,it should raise the quality of industrialization,develop the tertiary indrstry and break the barriers in the present system.
