摘　　要：环境信息公开是良好的环境治理体系的重要基础之一。从整个社会的层面来看,环境信息公开是增加政府工作透明度的手段之一,也是增强政府和公众联系的手段之一。从环境保护的角度来看,合理的信息公开以及公众对这些信息充分的获取,可以促进公众对环境保护的关注和参与,有利于社会对政府和企业在环境保护方面的监督,可以促进政府更好地履行环境保护职责,促进企业遵守环境保护法律法规的要求。本文对我国环境状况信息公开的历史和现状进行了简要回顾,对当前环境状况信息公开的成绩和不足进行了评价分析,提出了进一步改善的建议,同时对我国环境状况信息公开的经验进行了总结。Environmental information disclosure is an important basis of good environmental governance.For the whole society,environmental information disclosure is one of the tools to increase the transparency of government work,and one of the ways to improve the linkage between government and the public.From the perspective of environmental protection,appropriate information disclosure and public access to the information can promote the public's attention on and participation in environmental protection,which can facilitate the society's supervision on the environmental performance of the government and enterprises,urge the government to carry out their duties on environmental protection,and push the enterprises to abide by the requirements set out by the environmental laws and regulations.This article briefly reviews the history and current situation of the disclosure of environmental situation information in China,evaluates and analyzes the achievements and shortcomings in the disclosure of environmental situation information in China,provides suggestions for further improvement,and makes a summary of the experiences in the disclosure of environmental situation information in China.
