摘 要:本文以中国大陆30个省会城市(缺拉萨数据)2005年能源消费系统为研究对象,从能源消费水平、结构与效率三个方面入手,运用Theil指数方法,对我国城市能源消费的空间总差异进行测度,并基于东、中、西三大地带将三类指标的总差异分解为地带间差异和地带内差异。结果表明:我国城市能源消费在强度、结构与效率等方面均存在较大差异,总体来看能源效率的空间差异最为显著;而从三类指标总差异的分解结果来看,地带内差异是我国能源消费城际差异的主要构成部分。This paper proposes the use of Theil index to measure urban energy utilization spatial difference of urban energy systems associated with 30 capital cities(the Lhasa was excluded due to lack of data) of Chinese mainland in 2005 from the perspectives of consumption level,consumption structure and consumption efficiency and the inequalities are decomposed into within-group and between-group components with respect to East,Middle and West Zones,through which we can achieve a comprehensive qualitative analysis on the urban energy consumption inequalities.The results shows that there is notable inter-urban disparity of energy consumption with regard to energy consumption level,energy structure and energy efficiency,among which energy efficiency possesses the highest inequality among the 30 cities considered in this study.As a result of the decomposition,within-group inequalities are currently the main contributor to whole inequality values.
