论土地资源管理与地质环境工作的统筹结合

摘　　要：国际上土地资源管理正向生态化、综合化的方向发展。为更好地保护与开发利用土地资源,保护地质环境,促进地质环境工作成果的应用转化,土地资源管理和地质环境工作应当进行统筹结合。地质环境工作的成果可以在耕地保护、基本农田划定、土地规划、土地开发复垦、地籍管理、建设用地开发利用等领域中积极运用。这对促进地质环境保护和土地资源的可持续利用十分有利。International trends showed that,integrated use and ecological use are more and more important in land management.In order to protect and utilize land resource more properly,protect geo-environment better and promote the application of geo-environment work results,land management should be coordinated with geo-environment work.Some outcomes of geo-environment work can be used in land management,especially in cultivated land protection,prime farmland protection zone planning,land use planning,land development and reclamation,cadastral management,construction land development and so on.This will be better to geo-environment protection and sustainable use of land.
