摘　　要：根据我国矿产资源禀赋的基本特征和矿产资源的供求态势,分析我国矿产资源(能源资源、金属资源和非金属资源)储量格局以及国际地位。结果表明:截止2007年,全国共发现矿产171种,已查明的矿产资源总量和20多种矿产的查明储量居世界前列。但主要矿产资源储量占世界的比例较低,同时认为,矿产资源秉赋与国际储量格局是研究资源供给与需求均衡性的重要因素之一。资源储量国际格局是国家(或地区)全球性安全、区域性安全和地方性安全的组成部分。矿产资源禀赋的时空格局以及变动趋势决定了我国结构性资源矛盾化解的方式选择和目的取向。资源储量以及基础储量决定了短期、中期和长期资源安全。建立资源保护、流通、消费、利用、回收、贸易和管理战略,形成完整的国家自然资源安全综合保障体系。According to the basic characteristics and mineral resources supply and demand situation of China's mineral resources endwments,the article analyzes China's mineral reserves and mineral resources security and international status.The results showed that: up to 2007,171 kinds of minerals have been identified in the total amount of mineral resources,and minerals identified and amount of more than 20 kinds of mineral reserves are elatively high in the world.However,the main mineral resources of the world's reserves is relatively low.the endowments of mineral resources and the international reserves are important to examine the pattern of resource supply and demand equilibrium.International reserves is the pattern of countries(or regions) of global security,regional security and an integral part of local security.Endowment of mineral resources,as well as changes in the temporal and spatial pattern of trends decide China's decision to resolve the resources structural contradictions Resources reserves and basic reserve decide the short,medium and long-term resource security.The establishment of resource conservation,circulation,consumption,use,recycling,trade and management strategies,can form a complete integrated security system.
