造纸工业资源环境承载力评价指标体系探析

摘　　要：构建造纸工业资源环境承载力评价指标体系对于实现我国造纸工业与资源环境的可持续发展具有重要现实意义和科学价值。该文对造纸原料基地和制浆造纸工业分别进行指标体系选取,并结合我国造纸工业实际发展的区域差异性,采用层次分析法,分区域确定各个指标的权重值,建立造纸工业资源环境承载力评价指标体系。研究表明,该指标体系对于进行造纸工业资源环境承载力评价具有实际可操作性,结果合理可靠,可以为区域造纸工业资源环境管理提供技术支持。Building the index system for bearing capacity analysis on resource and environment of paper industry has important practical and scientific value for sustainable developments of China paper industry,resource and environment.In this paper,we select separate index system of raw material bases and pulp and paper industry,and in combination with the actual development of China's paper industry of regional differences,then using the analytic hierarchy,detach regional to determine the weight values of every index.The study shows that the index system for carrying capacity on resources and environment of paper industry is operational.The results are reasonable and can provide technical support for the regional paper industry environmental management.
