摘 要:建筑物既是能源和资源的主要消耗者,又是环境污染的主要排放源,因此,建筑节能成为节能工作的重点。建筑节能工作的开展,离不开房地产市场各方主体的参与。本文深入分析了建筑节能与房地产市场的互动关系,指出建筑节能战略的实施有利于房地产可持续发展目标的实现;而政府、开发商、中介机构和消费者通过各自的行为推动建筑节能战略的有效实施。二者相辅相成、相互作用,共同促进社会、经济和生态可持续发展目标的早日实现。Buildings are both energy and resource consumer and the main emission source of environmental pollution.Therefore,energy efficiency of building has become the key part of energy efficiency.However,the energy efficiency of building can not be developed without the participantion of real estate market.This paper analyzes the interaction between energy efficiency of building and real estate market,points out the energy efficiency strategy of building will benefit the sustainable development of real estate;the governments,real estate developers,estate agents and consumers have been driving the energy efficiency strategy of building into effect through their own behavior.The energy efficiency of building and real estate market interacting with each other can realize the goal of sustainable development of society,economy and ecology.
