摘　　要：如何使乡镇土地利用总体规划与村镇规划有机耦合以产生更好的指导意义是当前第三轮土地利用总体规划编制和新农村建设中的重要课题。本文重点阐述了两种规划耦合的边界识别、时空域及相互关系识别和两规构成要素的耦合演化分析,在此基础上提出了两规耦合的技术集成。How to couple the town land use plan and village-town plan so as to instruct the Third Land Use Plan and New Countryside Construction more reasonably is an important issue.This paper discussed three key viewpoints: boundary identification of the coupled two plans,temporal-spatial domain and correlation identification of the coupled two plans,and evolvement analysis about composition of the coupled two plans.Based on these researches,author provided integrated technology of the coupled two plans.
