天津市低碳发展路径探讨

摘　　要：天津市作为我国北方最重要的工业城市之一,经济的高速增长给环境和能源安全带来极大压力,走适合天津的低碳发展道路是保证其经济社会可持续发展的必由之路。本文介绍了天津经济社会发展、能源消费、碳排放以及低碳发展的现状,列举了国内外低碳城市发展的先进经验及其对天津市走低碳发展道路的启示,并结合天津所具备的区位、产业、政策和技术等优势,总结分析出符合天津特色的低碳发展路径。Tianjin is one of the most important industrial cities in north China.Due to rapid economic growth,the environment and energy security of Tianjin are under great pressure.Consequently,the only way to ensure Tianjin economic and social sustainable development is to develop a suitable way of low-carbon path.This paper describes the status of economic and social development,energy consumption,carbon emission and low-carbon development of Tianjin,shows advanced experiences of low-carbon cities at home and abroad and gives the enlightenment of Tianjin low-carbon development path.Combined with the advantages of location,industry,policy and technologies in Tianjin,it summarizes and analyzes the low-carbon development path with Tianjin's own characteristics.
