摘　　要：介绍了在我国图书馆界发生的一起信息导航服务典型版权案件,对图书馆在本案中防范和应对版权危机的得与失进行了分析,就图书馆版权危机的新特点作了阐述,对开展版权危机的理论研究和加强版权危机管理人才培养提出了建议。This paper introduces a brief account of a case happened in the information navigation in the library world in China,and analyses gains and losses that the library acts to defend against and deal with copyright crisis,it also probes into the new characteristics of library copyright crisis.In the end suggestions are made for developing theoretical research and profession training in this respect.
