摘　　要：本文通过从心理学角度解析企业创办及成长过程,从而找到与企业主紧密相关的关键控制环节及其影响因素,接着通过第七次全国私营企业抽样调查数据进行验证,并根据企业主心理特征、客现可支配条件、企业发展需要,提出与之相对应的建议。特别是对企业主牢握管理决策权以及家族化管理的合理性进行了分析,建议企业主利用应用心理学方法为其降低人力资源成本。Through the analysis of the enterprise start-up and growth from psychological view,it is found that there' re some influencing factors in the key control steps closely related to proprietors.And then,certain suggestions are raised according to the proprietor mental characteristics,governable conditions,and the needs of enterprise development based on seventh spot - check of national private enterprises.The rationality of proprietors holding the authorities of decision - making management and familial management are analyzed,and the suggestion using the applied psychology to reduce the human resource cost is advocated.
