摘　　要：本文在构建和谐社会视域下,探讨了当代大学生公民道德诚信的内涵、社会功能。首先,通过对传统诚信思想的现代转型思考,指出现代公民社会所要求的诚信应该是普遍信任、契约信用和理性诚信的统一。其次,分析了诚信作为构建和谐社会道德基础的社会功能,指出和谐社会公民道德内涵中的诚信规范既是对做人的一种德性要求,又是对社会各种利益关系的机制保证。This paper discusses connotation,social functions and setting up mechanism of citizen moral honor credibility for college students,under the theme of building a harmonious society.Firstly,based on the thinking of modern transition to traditional honor credibility,the paper points out honor credibility which citizen society requires should be uniform of all-pervading faith,covenant credit and rational credibility.Covenant credit should be essential characteristic.Secondly,the paper analyzes social functions of honor credibility which should be moral foundation to build up a harmonious society,and points out moral honor credibility norms in citizen moral connotation of a harmonious society should be a sort of moral demands to conduct themselves,as well as should be ensuring mechanism to adjust kinds of interests in society.
