摘　　要：在区域经济增长中,集群化发展是一种比较成功的产业发展模式。内蒙古资源型城市依托优势资源,构建资源产业集群,不仅是实现经济持续增长的一种有效途径,更是一种符合可持续发展要求的地区经济与地区环境协调发展之路。然而资源产业集群化发展有自己的特点和困难,国家和地方政府要加强政策引导,使其真正走上循环经济之路。Enterprises Cluster is a successful industry model in regional economy.It is not only a successful developing way,but also a coordinated developing model between regional economy and regional environment in cities where natural resources is rich in Inner Mongolia.But resource-based enterprises cluster has its barriers and challenges.The central government and the local government should prioritize them with policy guidance so that the local economy could be improved in a well circulated economy.
