摘　　要：在分析了我国IT项目风险管理研究现状的基础上,讨论了IT项目全生命周期的概念及阶段划分。分析了IT项目风险识别的特点及其基本过程。在湖北省企业信息化现状调查分析报告的基础上,重点分析了IT项目全生命周期下各阶段面临的主要风险。The present researches of IT project risk management were analyzed. The conception of total life cycle of IT project was put forward and the partition of its phase discussed. According to the investigation of the enterprises in Hubei province, the characteristics and process of the risk identification of IT projects were considered. The main risks of different phase were also analyzed.
