摘　　要：从建筑行业的特点入手,首先提出了建筑行业信息化的必要性,然后用原型法的思想理念,借鉴软件项目风险评价模型进行二层次风险评估,以提高风险分析的效率,增强项目团队规避风险的能力。IT project risk analysis is significant, but there are a few research on how to apply IT project risk analysis to actual software development. From the characteristics of construction industry, this article analyzed the essentialness of information management system of the industry, and evaluated two levels assess risk, using prototyping approach basic paradigm and software project risk analysis model to make the efficiency of the risk analysis relatively high.
